After breakfast at hotel, trekking will start to Htut Ni village at 7:00 a.m. Inhabited by the hill tribe Danu and to trek over 3 km for about 45 minutes or drive for about 15 minutes, maximum Hiace. That village has about 170 houses and over 500 people living in this village. Then stroll in the village and chat with the natives. Beside that, surrounding the Htut Ni village has little cave (about 100 feet wide). You can observe this cave and ancient Buddha Image.
Then continue to Si-Kya-Inn village, the trekking is about 4 km for 1 hour and end at 9:00 a.m. This village also inhabited by the hill tribe Danu and has about 90 houses and 500 people live. Then take a rest for a while and have snack with green-tea. Then stroll in the village.
Then continue to trek to Yasakyi village, where hill tribe Palaung live. That village has about 70 homes and over 400 people. The trek of 4 km journey takes you 1.5 hours because of climb up and rough journey. Upon arrival around about 11:00 a.m, have lunch and rest in a monastery. Then stroll in the village.
On the return trip of Pindaya, you will trek in a different way, gazing and staring at the ever-green sceneries with an on-route half for a visit to Linne-inn village and Taung-baw-gyi village, the homes of hill tribe Danu. The whole return trip is about 10 km range and takes 2 hours. Arriving at Conqueror hotel will be the end of the trip.
Visa: A Valid visa is required to enter Myanmar for all the nationalities. Visa can be apply at the Myanmar Embassies in abroad All the tourist visas are valid for 28 days and cost avrage of USD 20. Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from Myanmar.
For those who live in the places and countries where the Myanmar Embassies or Consulates are not located, we are able to help you get the pre-approval letter for visa on arrival if you buy the tour services from us. For pre-approval visa it will take about minimum 30 days. After we get the pre-approval letter will email to you with attached file then show this letter to your airline for boarding pass. Visa fee is USD 20 which has to pay directly to Yangon airport immigration and one of our staff will meet and assist you at the airport on arrival.
Things to bring: Light clothes, slippers (please note that your have to take off your shoes at all the pagodas and temples in Myanmar when you enter the compound) and the medicines that you usually take for your health.
