All pre-booking and reservation has to be made through Our Office only by fax or e-mail. Confirmed name list must be sent by fax or e-mail at least 07 days prior to the ship departure date.
TICKET ISSUING & PAYMENT
Tickets for all confirmed booking must be issued not later than 3 days prior to the departure date at Yangon office.
All payment must be settled in full by cash at the time of issuing the ticket.
CANCELLATION & REFUND
Booking without name list 07 days prior to the ship departure date is regarded as a cancelled booking.
Booking not issuing ticket 03 days prior to the departure date is regarded as a cancelled booking
Once a ticket is issued, it is non-refundable, non-re-routable and date change allowed with 01US$ service charge.
Trip Requirements
Visa: A Valid visa is required to enter Myanmar for all the nationalities. Visa can be apply at the Myanmar Embassies in abroad All the tourist visas are valid for 28 days and cost average of USD 20. Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from Myanmar. Pre-arranged visa on arrival could be arranged by Myanmar Tourex & take 30 working days to get the approval. Once we get the approval, we will send the copy by fax to clients as well as to the airline ground office to able for the client to get boarding pass. The visa fee is USD 20 and our service charge is USD 20 per person.
Things to bring: Light clothes, slippers (please note that you have to take off your shoes at all the pagodas and temples in Myanmar when you enter the compound) and the medicines that you usually take for your health.
Health Precausion: No special treatment or precausion is required. Anti-Mosquito spray or lotion is required to protect yourself
Insurance: Clients should take out medical and travel insurance.
