Sunday: Mandalay(Gawein)-Upstream North
CHECK-IN TIME (FROM ROYAL MANDALAY TO ANCIENT BAGAN- UPSTREAM)
The embarkation is 12:30 am at Gawein jetty.
Welcome Cocktail in the Saloon.
UPSTREAM TO MINGUN
Lunch will be served at 13:00. The sailing time to Mingun is about 2 hours. Our English speaking manager (or your private guide) will assist the guests during the visit of the Mingun Pagoda Complex. Moor Overnight at a andbank mid-stream. After dinner guests can enjoy a Dance and Drama performance by the Mandalay Arts School on the sundeck (if available).
Monday: Mingun-Sagaing-River Village
DOWNSTREAM TO SAGAING
Early in the morning cruise downstream during the 2 hours journey the passengers can enjoy the natural beauty of the river and the life of its banks while relaxing on the sundeck or just sitting outside their own cabin. Sunrise over Sagaing Hill.

VISIT SAGAING
Enjoy the sunrise. After an early breakfast passengers can go ashore to visit Sagaing with the assistance of our Ship Manager or their own guide (in the meantime the 1 Night cruise passengers will embark).
DOWNSTREAM TO BAGAN
The cast off time is at 11.15 hrs. Lunch will be served at 13.00. In the late afternoon we visit a typical river village. Cruise all day and moor overnight near a typical river village or a sandbank.
Tuesday : Bagan-River Village
BAGAN
RIVER VILLAGE
Early in the morning we proceed downriver to Bagan. After breakfast (if time permits) we visit another typical river village.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Enjoy the sunrise near Bagan. Passengers will disembark near Wetkyi-Inn Village 4 km. North of Old Bagan at around 10:15 hrs.

REPOSITIONING
As the hub of RV Pandaw 1947 is Mandalay, a repositioning cost of USD600 per day may be added for charters starting from other points.
INCLUDES
All meals, coffee & tea, mineral water; accommodation; fuel, port dues, pilotage; captain and crew; one cabin for local guide; our expertise in planning and if requested escorting excursions ashore during the cruise
EXCLUDES
Guide service, entrance fees, land transport costs, pre/post cruise arrangements and transfers; soft drinks, wines, spirits, liqueurs
PAYMENTS
Upon confirmation 20% of total. If reservation is made less than 91 days prior to departure the deposit will be 40% of total.
CANCELLATION FEES
20% of the total more than 91 days before departure
40% of the total cost between 90 and 61 days before departure
80% of the total cost between 60 days and the day of departure

| Trip Requirements |

Visa: A Valid visa is required to enter Myanmar for all the nationalities. Visa can be apply at the Myanmar Embassies in abroad All the tourist visas are valid for 28 days and cost avrage of USD 20. Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from Myanmar. Pre-arranged visa on arrival could be arranged by Myanmar Tourex & take 14 working days to get the approval. Once we get the approval, we will send the copy by fax to clients as well as to the airline ground office to able for the client to get boarding pass. The visa fee is USD 20 and our service charge is USD5 per person.
Things to bring: Light clothes, slippers (please note that you have to take off your shoes at all the pagodas and temples in Myanmar when you enter the compound) and the medicines that you usually take for your health.
Health Precausion: Conditions in Yangon, Mandalay and Bagan are comparable to those in other parts of South East Asia. It is recommended that you contact your medical practitioner or travel specialist for advice on health preparations and requirements.
The ship carries a doctor on board. A small fee is charged for medical services and prescriptions.
Cabin luggage: When you plan your packing, please bear in mind that all luggage must be stored in your cabin. In each cabin there is a wardrobe with hangers.
Please note that there are no facilities available for storage of luggage not required during your cruise.
We suggest that you make arrangements to store excess baggage at your Bangkok hotel. Alternatively, passengers who are travelling via a Yangon hotel to and from the Road To Mandalay, may like to use storage facilities, if available, at their hotel.
Insurance: Clients should take out medical and travel insurance.
Direction to meeting point: A representative will meet you at the Yangon International Airport at arrival lounge holding a sign board under Myanmar Tourex with your name on it.
