BOOKING CONDITION
The published itinerary will be followed as closely as possible, however at times adverse or uncertain river, weather and local conditions may prevail. As a result itineraries may be subject to change at short notice.
The captain and the ship's manager and staff are responsible for the safety and comfort, passengers must accept and adhere to any decision made in the interest of their safety and that of the vessel.
From time to time landings and access to the ship at different river stations can vary considerably. Riverbanks can be steep and slippery. the crew will be on hand to assist passengers on and off the boat.
Passengers should consult their doctors regarding the relevant inoculations and prophylactics for travel in Myanmar. Elderly clients should ensure they are fit for travel and consult their doctor for a certificate of fitness.
Passengers must be fully insured to cover all risk and cost of being mediacted from the vessel. Myanmar River Cruises is in no way responsible for any such liability.
All baggage and belongings are at all times onboard at the passengers own risk.Myanmar River Cruise is in no way responsible for any such liability.
Booking received through travel agents automatically binds the agent contractually to Myanmar River Cruises and the terms & conditions expressed herein must be adhered to by both parties.
Agents are responsible for all transfer to and from the ship in a timely manners. Passengers should arrrive not more than 30 minutes before departure time. Myanmar River Cruises is not obliged to wait for late arrivals after the published departure time.
Myanmar River Cruises is under no obligation and reserves the right of refusal for passage if the passenger cannot produce a valid ticket. Cabin allocation is at the discretion of the company and certain cabins cannot be guaranteed.
All booking wil be treated as enquiries until a non-refundable deposit has been payed.

In the unlikely event of a departure being canv\celled by Myanmar River Cruises then the full amount would be refunded to the clients.
No refund will be payable if the client is a No Show.
Clients should ensure passengers are suitably insured to cover the cost of any cancellation.
