Overview: We modified DMP-YY02 package which start with a visit to Lake Inle and then to Royal Capital Mandalay. Normal downstream one day boat trip from Mandalay to Bagan by government ferry is replaced with extensive 3 nights river cruise by Ayravata Cruises or Amara River Cruise. The tour ended after flying back from Bagan to Yangon.

Day 01: Yangon Arrival (Lunch/ Dinner)
Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Meet and transfer to the hotel and check in. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, start orientation tour of Yangon visiting Sule Pagoda, a beautiful octagonal golden stupa dating over 2,000 years; Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda - a colossal reclining Buddha, and end of the tour at Shwedagon Pagoda - over 2500 years old the world famous stupa. Welcoming Dinner with cultural show at Karaweik Palace, built in the style of Myanmar old days king’s Royal Budge. Your first night is in Yangon.

Day 02: Yangon - Bago - Yangon (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, visit to Bago -an ancient capital of Mons as well as Myanmar Second Dynasty situated about 80 km north-east of Yangon. Visit Htaukkyant World II Cemetery on the way. On arrive at Bago, visit Kyahkatwine Teaching Monastery where one can witness the hundreds of student monks having their lunch under the Buddha disciplines. Then, proceed to Shwemawdaw Pagoda - the highest pagoda in Myanmar. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch visit Kanbawzathadi Palace, the palace site of King Bayinnaung who is the founder of Myanmar 2nd Dynasty; Shwethalyaung Pagoda - a 55 meters long reclining Buddha; Mons' weaving village, and Cheroot Making Home Cottage Industry. On the way back visit Kyaikpon Four gigantic Buddh Images. Evening arrive back to Yangon. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Yangon.
Day 03: Yangon - Heho - Pindaya - Inle (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast in hotel, leave Yangon for Heho by domestic flight. On arrival Heho, continue excursion by road to Pindaya - a small quiet town, famous for it's thousand of Buddha Images deposited inside the caves centuries of years ago. Visit Pindaya caves, traditional Shan paper making, pottery and umbrella making villages. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Nyaung Shwe - a small town located at the entrance of Lake Inle. And then boat transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Inle Lake.
Day 04: Inle (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, boat trip to Inle Lake, the second biggest lake in Myanmar, famous for its unique leg rollers. Tour highlights is visit to Floating Market (can available see on the market days only which is hold on every five days), Ngaphechaung Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries on the lake and well know for its jumping cats, floating gardens in Kay La village, famous wish-fulfilling Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, Inpawkhone Village - famous for its silk weaving handloom; blacksmith shop at Se' Kaung village and traditional cigar making (Cheroot Factory). Lunch at the local restaurant. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Inle Lake.
Day 05: Inle- Heho - Mandalay (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, leave Inle for Heho by coach. After that, flight to Mandalay . Arrive at airport and proceed to Mandalay, the last royal seat of Myanmar Kings. Arrvie at Mandalay, transfer to the hotel and check in. Lunch at the local restaurant. After lunch, continue to Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery - noted for its exquisite wood carvings, Atumashi Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda-known as the world biggest book, and evening enjoy the sunset view from the Mandalay Hill. Dinner at the local restaurant and day end.
Day 06: Mandalay - Amarapura - Mandalay (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast at the Hotel, visit to Amarapura, an ancient capital built by the advice of astrologers and U Bein Bridge - 1.2 km long over 200 years old wooden bridge; Mahagandaryone Monastery, where one may observe the daily life of the monks studying Buddhao;s scriptures and Silk weaving home cottage. Lunch at the local restaurant and proceed visiting to Tapestry Workshop, Woods Caving & Bronze Casting workshops, Marble Carving Workshop, Gold Leave Beating Workshop. Dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

| Option (A) with Amara River Cruise
Day 07: Mandalay Jetty - Mingun - Sagaing (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Check in on board the Amara River Cruise at 10:00 am. We sail north of Mandalay along Ayeyarwaddy River to Mingun with the Mingun Bell, weighing 90 tones and the biggest hanging undamaged bell in the world; Shin Phyume Pagoda, and the unfinished Mingun Pagoda, a colossal brick monument. After sightseeing set sail and cruise to Sagaing. Sightseeing Sagaing Pagodas and Monasteries in the Afternoon by foot or horses cart.
Day 08: Sagaing - Inwa - Semikhong (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After sunrise cruising to Inwa (Ava). Visit to Nan Myint Watch Tower, the only remaining palace building nicknamed "leaning tower of Ava"; Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, built of brick and stucco and the all-teak and carved BAGAYA Monastery. We sail downstream, on the way visit Semikhong Village with it's old wooden monasteries and colorful market. Overnight at a sandbank.

Day 09: Semikhong - Mt. Tangyi (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
In the early morning, set sail and cruising, passing Bagan and stop at the river bank of Mt. Tangyi. Climbing Mt. Tangyi in the Afternoon by foot or car. From the Pagoda you enjoy the evening view to Bagan. Dinner and overnight at a sandbank.
Day 10: Mt. Tangyi - Bagan (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Jetty In the early morning, set sail and arrive to Bagan Jetty. Check out at 08:00 am. Whole day at leiasure. Early Evening take a horse cart to Shwesandaw Pagoda for watching sunset. Dinner and overnight in Bagan.
Option (B) with Ayravata Cruises
Day 07 (SUNDAY): MANDALAY - KYAUK MYAUNG (MILES 45*KM 90 - 6 HRS)
Board the Ship at Gawein Jetty (11.30-12.00 hrs), welcome cocktail and lunch. Sail upstream (ETD 12.30/13.00) and moor overnight at a river village North of Mandalay.
Day 08 (MONDAY): KYAUK MYAUNG - MINGUN -AMARAPURA (MILES 54*KM 100 - 5 HRS)
Visit the spectacular potteries-making village of Kyauk Myaung, and see the manufacture stages of the famous 50 Gallons (200 Litres) pots (1.5 hours visit). Cruise back downstream to Mingun (Eta 14.00 hrs). Visit the unfinished pagoda, the largest working bell in the world and the "home for the aged". Continue downstream to Mandalay and travel by coach to Amarapura, the penultimate Burmese Royal Capital (1783) visit U-Bein Bridge at sunset on the way back to ship we stop at one of the several silk-weaving factories. Moor overnight at Sagaing. Dance and Theatre performance on the Sundeck.
Day 09 (TUESDAY): SAGAING - AVA - YANDABO (MILES 58*KM 107 - 5 HRS)
Visit Sagaing, a hill studded with many Pagodas and Monasteries rich in wood carving and religious art. We travel by coach to the ancient city of Ava, capital of the Burmese Kingdom from 1364 to 1841. We explore the ruins by horse cart visiting the beautiful 200 year's old Bagaya Kyaung teak Monastery, Nanmyin watchtower (27mt. high) and the Me Nu Ok Kyaung monastery. Return to the ship and cast off. (ETD 11.00 hrs). Stop at Yandabo, a picturesque river village specializing in Pot-Making, where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war signed on Feb 24, 1826. Explore the village stopping to some pot-making workshops to learn their unique production technique, the school and the monastery. Continue sailing until late night. Moor overnight at a river village.
Day 10 (WEDNESDAY): RIVER VILLAGE - BAGAN (MILES 50*KM 92-4 HRS)
Disembark at Bagan by 08.30 hrs. Whole day at leiasure. Early Evening take a horse cart to Shwesandaw Pagoda for watching sunset. Dinner and overnight in Bagan.
Day 11: Bagan - Sale - Popa - Bagan (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, visit to Sale - a well known place for it exclusive old Monastery located about 6 miles South of Bagan. Sightseeing around Yoke Sone Monastery and environs. After that continue to Mount Popa, the abode of nats(spirits), situated 40 miles southeast of Bagan. Sightseeing Mount Popa and environs. Lunch at Popa Mountain Resort Hotel where one could see the panoramic view of the surrounding. The way by the roadside can see the locals climbing up the palm tree and making jaggery. Drive back to Bagan. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 12: Bagan - Yangon (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
Start your day with breakfast at the Hotel. After breakfast, full day sightseeing to Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda - built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; Wetkyi-In Gubyaukkyi, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes; Htilominlo Temple - the largest temples of Bagan and Ananda Temple - King Kyansittha's masterpiece and the crowning achievement of the early style temple of architecture. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, continue to Dhamanyangyi Temple was built by King Narathu in 1167 (12th centaury) and not finished but it displayed the finest brickwork in Bagan; Manuha Temple - built by King Manuhar from Thaton, Nanphaya and Myinkabar Gubyaukgyi Temple - known for its wall painting depicting scenes from the Jataka. Evening transfer to the airport for flight back to Yangon. Meet and transfer to the hotel. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at the hotel in Yangon.
Day 13: Yangon Departure (Breakfast/ Lunch)
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, visit to Strand Jetty and see the daily life of the people along the Yangon River; and and Botataung Pagoda - the landmark of Yangon's waterfront. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, visit to Bogyoke Market used to called Scott Market, the largest market in Yangon with time to browse among the hundreds of stalls for souvenir bargains, arts & crafts souvenir shopping center before transfer to airport for flight back home.

Visa: A Valid visa is required to enter Myanmar for all the nationalities. Visa can be apply at the Myanmar Embassies in abroad All the tourist visas are valid for 28 days and cost average of USD 20. Passports must carry a validity of 6 months beyond intended date of departure from Myanmar.
For those who live in the places and countries where the Myanmar Embassies or Consulates are not located, we are able to help you get the pre-approval letter for visa on arrival if you buy the tour services from us. For pre-approval visa it will take about minimum 30 days. After we get the pre-approval letter will email to you with attached file then show this letter to your airline for boarding pass. Things to bring: The warm clothes are required for during the cruise especially in the morning and night time during the months of Nov, Dec, Jan nd Feb. Light clothes, slippers (please note that you have to take off your shoes at all the pagodas and temples in Myanmar when you enter the compound), a hat for the hot and winter season from November to May and a rain coat or umbrella for rainy season from Jun to October, and the medicines that you usually take for your health.
Health Precausion: No special precausion is required except the normal precausions and treatments you usually have before a trip.
