Day-02 (11 Oct'08): Yangon - Bagan (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
After breakfast, leave Yangon for Bagan by domestic flight. Bagan full day sightseeing to Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda - built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine; Wetkyi-In Gubyaukkyi, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes; Htilominlo Temple - the largest temples of Bagan and Ananda Temple - King Kyansittha’s masterpiece and the crowning achievement of the early style temple of architecture. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, continue to Dhamanyangyi Temple was built by King Narathu in 1167 (12th centaury) and not finished but it displayed the finest brickwork in Bagan; Manuha Temple - built by King Manuhar from Thaton, Nanphaya and Myinkabar Gubyaukgyi Temple - known for its wall painting depicting scenes from the Jataka. Evening visit to Shwe Sandaw Pagoda to watch the sunset scene over the Ayeyarwaddy River. Dinner with Puppet Show at the local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Bagan, Burma’s ancient city and living treasure house of Buddhist architectural beauties.
Day-03 (12 Oct'08): Bagan - Mandalay - Amarapura - Mandalay (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
After breakfast, leave Bagan for Mandalay by domestic flight. Arrive at airport and proceed to Mandalay, the last royal seat of Myanmar Kings. On the way visit to Amarapura, an ancient capital built by the advice of astrologers and U Bein Bridge - 1.2 km long over 200 years old wooden bridge; Mahagandaryone Monastery, where one may observe the daily life of the monks studying Buddha's scriptures and Silk weaving home cottage. Then proceed to Mandalay. Lunch at the local restaurant. After lunch, continue to Mandalay Palace the last Palace of the Myanmar Kingdom, Shwenandaw Monastery - noted for its exquisite wood carvings, Atumashi Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda - known as the world biggest book, and evening enjoy the sunset view from the Mandalay hill. Dinner at the local restaurant and day end.
Day-04 (13 Oct'08): Mandalay - Kyaukse (Dummy Elephants Dance Festival) (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)
After breakfast, 30 miles drive to Kyaukse. On Kyaukse arrival, enjoying the Dummy Elephants festival a dance competition with artificial elephants constructed by bamboo, cloth, paper and as much gilt foil and glitter. After lunch, visit to Shwe Thein Taw Pagoda. Drive back to Mandalay. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Mandalay.
Day-05 (14 Oct'08): Mandalay - Sagaing - Mingun - Mandalay (Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner)
After breakfast at hotel, visit Sagaing Hill - known as the center for meditation. Visit Kaungmudaw Pagoda - an enormous dome shaped pagoda built in 16th century; Pottery and Silver smith workshops. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, boat trip to Mingun where the world largest ringing bell exist. Sightseeing Mingun village and environs. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.
Day-06 (15 Oct'08): Mandalay - Heho - Pindaya - Inle (Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner)
After breakfast in hotel, leave Mandalay for Heho by flight. On arrival Heho, continue drive to Pindaya. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, sightseeing include The Scenic Lake and Pindaya Caves - unique for the thousands of Buddha images placed there by pilgrims over many centuries, traditional Shan Paper and Umbrella Making villages. Drive back to Nyaung Shwe. Boat trip to hotel in Inle Lake calm waters extend for nine kilometers through the cleft of a river valley. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Inle.
Day-07 (16 Oct'08): Inle Lake(Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner)
After breakfast, boat trip to Inle Lake, the second biggest lake in Myanmar, famous for its unique leg rollers. Tour highlights is visit to Floating Market (can available see on the market days only which is hold on every five days), Ngaphechaung Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries on the lake and well know for its jumping cats, floating gardens in Kay La village, famous wish-fulfilling Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda, Inpawkhone Village - famous for its silk weaving handloom; blacksmith shop at Se' Kaung village and traditional cigar making (Cheroot Factory). Lunch at the local restaurant. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Inle Lake.
Day-08 (17 Oct'08): Inle Lake (Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda Festival) (Breakfast / Lunch /Dinner)
After breakfast at the hotel, morning visit to Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda to witness it annual Processional Festival. Enjoy fun fare with music and dance. Lunch at local restaurant. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Inle.
Day-09 (18 Oct'08): Inle - Heho - Yangon (Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner)
After breakfast, sightseeing tour of Yangon City including visits to: Sule Pagoda - located in the heart of the Yangon City surrounded by various colonial style buildings, Botataung Pagoda - the land mark of Yangon's river-front. After Lunch, visit to Bogyoke Market (Scott Market)- gems, arts & crafts souvenir shopping center. Evening walk to China Town -where can see the stalls along the platform & can buy the variety goods. Dinner and overnight in Yangon.
Day-10 (19 Oct'08): Yangon Departure (Breakfast / Lunch)
After breakfast, transfer to airport leaving Yangon. On the way, visit to Kabaraye (World Peace Pagoda), Buddha Tooth Relic pagoda and Loka Chantha Abhayalabhamuni Buddha Image (Marble Buddha) which is being carved from over 600 tons white marble rock of 37 feet long & Royal White Elephant. Arrive at airport for departure.
